Investing in America's Future: A Commitment to Youth Empowerment and Economic Mobility
YFUSA is the Culture-to-Capital Engine—an app that converts youth culture into measurable job readiness, impact, and ROI for brands, cities, and communities.
Imagine if youth culture—music, style, influence—could drive real-world investment in jobs and opportunity. YFUSA is the platform that makes that happen.
It tracks youth impact, readiness, and engagement across digital dashboards—for young people, brand partners, and civic leaders. As youth build skills, brands gain cultural relevance, and communities see measurable returns.
YFUSA turns influence into investment—because cultural capital is economic capital.
A new model where cultural engagement by youth generates the capital that funds their future.
Youth Fund USA represents a transformative national investment in America's youth. Through collaborative effort and servant leadership from partners across the country, we're building a network that empowers young people in communities nationwide.
Youth Fund USA was founded by Liberty, who created the Cultural Reinvestment Social Enterprise by bridging art and technology. Liberty recognized that America's youth-driven culture has immense economic power, and that this power should be directly reinvested into the communities that create it.
Liberty is a social entrepreneur, content creator, and founder of Youth Fund USA — the Culture-to-Capital Engine that converts creative output into a national investment in America's youth.
Youth Fund USA is powered by a revolutionary model: the Culture-to-Capital Loop. As Liberty's music and content grow, Creator Revenue from streams, brand deals, and partnerships will be reinvested into our digital platform. We're building this sustainable, self-reinforcing cycle together—every stream, like, and share helps us get there. This creates a system where youth cultural consumption flows back into digital platforms that empower America's youth — powered by Creator Revenue, not public budgets.
As Liberty grows as a modern content creator, Creator Revenue from his music, content, and brand collaborations will strengthen the Culture-to-Capital Engine. This engine will power Youth Fund USA, CareGoRX, and KinestraOS — three digital platforms that solve public problems, ensuring youth opportunity, healthcare access, and long-term care innovation are built on a sustainable reinvestment model instead of public budgets. We're building this together.
As America's cities become more competitive through strategic investment and development, we've made the commitment to invest in the young people who will live, work, and lead in these communities. These are the future leaders who will manage our cities, firms, corporations, universities, religious institutions and social enterprises. America's youth will benefit from the decisions we make and the plans we set in motion today. The Fund was created to help prepare youth for their future—equipping them with the skills, opportunities, and support they need to thrive.
Youth Fund USA operates as The YF Network, a Tech-Enabled Program Accelerator. We are an independent national social enterprise that facilitates youth jobs programs and services across America. The Fund was created through partnerships between federal, state, and local governments, along with our partner ecosystem and the business community, for the purpose of managing resources set aside as an investment into the future leaders of our nation.
Our role is to inject technology and capital into partner organizations nationwide, serving as the backbone of youth services infrastructure by extending opportunities for learning, growing and collaborating to youth led and youth serving organizations. Through The YF Network, we enable local organizations to scale their impact while maintaining their community roots.
The Fund is used for youth entrepreneurship, education, artistic expression and civic engagement purposes. The Fund is available to ALL youth across America, no matter their race, creed, sexual orientation or socioeconomic status.
