Our vision is to build a national reinvestment system powered by creativity. As Liberty grows as a content creator, the Culture-to-Capital Engine scales with him — generating Creator Revenue that powers digital platforms for youth futures, healthcare access, and long-term care solutions — solving public problems through private innovation.

VALUES

Average organizations focus on results. Good organizations focus also on the behaviors that will get the results. Great organizations focus, in addition, on the emotions that will drive these behaviors.

World class citizens are people who make world class cities possible. Citizens inspire us, lead us and think of the ideas that become the solutions to today's most pressing challenges. In order to integrate the freedom that exists in truly world class cities, we must first integrate love. Love makes us the people who make world class cities happen.

Community and values representation

We have a desire to co-create, be helpful, and contribute to the betterment of communities across America. This means that the communities we support are about true community based upon the honoring of the talents of each individual and validating them, not about dominating youth or the marginalized in order to shape them into what we want them to become.

UBUNTU

The essence of what it means to be human. I am what I am because of who we all are. A person with Ubuntu is open and available to others, affirming of others, does not feel threatened that others are able and good, based from a proper self-assurance that comes from knowing that he or she belongs in a greater whole and is diminished when others are humiliated, diminished, or oppressed. Values rooted in UBUNTU also include friendliness, generosity, hospitality & compassion.

As a community of entrepreneurs we use our strengths on the behalf of others: the weak, the poor and the ill without taking advantage of anyone because honesty is the only policy that will allow us to survive and engage in this type of aggressive and progressive idea. We are open, transparent, responsible and accountable leaders with big hearts who share our worth. In doing so our humanity is recognized and inextricably bound to those around us. We are approachable and welcoming and hope to inspire goodness in others because our self-esteem and self-worth is generated by knowing we belong to a greater whole.
